By using the services provided by Sterling Tennis League, you acknowledge that tennis involves a certain amount of physical activity and that there is always a risk of injury or accidents. Coaches of Sterling Tennis League will take reasonable steps to ensure your safety during the coaching sessions, but by using the services, you agree to assume all risk and responsibility for any injuries, accidents or damages that may occur during or as a result of the coaching sessions. Sterling Tennis League shall not be liable for any losses or damages, whether direct, indirect, incidental or consequential, arising from the use of this website or the coaching services provided.

Code of Conduct

Respect: All clients are expected to treat the coach, other clients, and the website with respect and professionalism at all times.
Communication: Clients should communicate with the coach in a timely and respectful manner, and refrain from using inappropriate language, bullying, harassment or discrimination.
Equipment and Facilities: Clients are responsible for taking care of the equipment and facilities provided during the coaching sessions and should report any damages or issues to the coach.
Safety: Clients should follow all safety guidelines and instructions provided by the coach during the coaching sessions.
Attendance: Clients should attend the coaching sessions on time and notify the coach at least 1-day in advance if they are unable to attend.
Confidentiality: Clients should keep all coaching materials and information provided by the coach confidential and not share it with others without the coach's written permission.
Compliance: Clients should comply with all applicable laws and regulations related to the coaching services provided by the coach.

Branding and marketing materials: This includes any logos, slogans, or marketing materials that the coach has created to promote their coaching services.
Website content: This includes any text, images, or videos that the coach has created for their website, such as blog posts, testimonials, or instructional videos.
Social media content: This includes any content that the coach has posted on their social media accounts, such as training tips, motivational messages, or promotional posts.

Payment and Refunds
